LTSA — Land Title and Survey Authority

Authorize Triconvey to file Web Filing applications, LOTR transparency declarations, and order title searches against your firm's myLTSA Account Pro.

OAuth 2.0
Per-firm tokens
KMS-encrypted at rest

Before you start

  • An active myLTSA Account Pro with the identifier(s) you use today to file with the Land Title Office.
  • MFA enrolled on your myLTSA account (LTSA requires this for all accounts as of 2024).
  • The Triconvey role permission can_manage_integrations.

Connect

  1. 1In Triconvey, open Integrations from the sidebar.
  2. 2Click Connect on the LTSA card. You'll be redirected to LTSA's sign-in page.
  3. 3Sign in with your myLTSA credentials and complete MFA. LTSA shows the scopes Triconvey is requesting — review and approve.
  4. 4You're redirected back to Triconvey. The Integrations page now shows Connected. Token expiry is shown on the card; refresh is automatic.

What this enables

  • Web Filing for Form A / B / C / PTT.
  • LOTR transparency declarations and transparency reports.
  • Title searches and CLI ordering from a file matter.

Submitting a Web Filing package

Triconvey builds, e-signs, and validates your Web Filing package end-to-end. The final submission step happens on the myLTSA portal — LTSA does not currently expose a programmatic submit endpoint, so the package and its filing fees are confirmed there.

  1. 1On the file matter's Web Filing tab, create the package and add the applications you need (Form A, B, C, PTT, Declaration, etc.).
  2. 2Open Review & Sign, validate each application individually, and e-sign with your LTSA certificate.
  3. 3Click Validate Package. Triconvey runs LTSA's full package-level validation and shows any errors inline. Fix and re-validate until you get a clean run.
  4. 4When validation is clean, click Submit on myLTSA portal. This opens the same package in myLTSA so you can complete submission and pay LTSA's filing fees there.

Disconnect

On the LTSA card, click Disconnect. This removes the stored OAuth tokens from Triconvey. Your myLTSA account is unaffected — log into myLTSA directly to revoke the OAuth authorization there if you want a clean slate.
